We are joined today by John Monds who ran a very succesful campaign for Governor of Georgia in 2010. He is also a homeschooling father to four children – two college grads, one in college, and one still at home. Missionary Homeschooling in Ghana with William Haun – 055

On episode 55, the Liberty Hippie is joined by homeschooling father, William Haun. William isn’t your ordinary homeschooling dad though, he and his family are missionaries in Ghana, and while homeschooling wasn’t originally in their plan, as life would move it seemed that it would be in their families best interest to take on homeschooling. We discussed how that decision came about, and what that looks like for them. We also talked about what their education plan is like while they are stateside for the next year.

She started Learn in Color at the age of 14 and over the last five years has created a magnificent resource of both free and per peice items. Samantha offers many free work sheets and resources, while asking a small fee for others. Samantha is an inspiring young entrepreneur and Learn in Color is a vualuable resource for any homescooler to take note of.
